Michele Solomon Scollard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and workforce solutions. Currently serving as the Vetting and Delivery Manager for Sleep in Heavenly Peace Inc. since June 2019, Michele is dedicated to providing beds for children in need. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development and Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Headway Workforce Solutions, where innovative workforce strategies were implemented. Michele also held key positions such as Director of Business Development at IT People Corporation and Business Development Manager at Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. Early career experience includes various roles at IBM, ranging from Industrial Engineering Manager to Cost Engineer, as well as a Co-op Student role at IBM RTP. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace
We are an organization that builds and delivers beds to children who do not have a bed. Our motto: "No kid sleeps on the floor in our town!" There are so many great charities that provide clothing, meals and toys for families in need, but as wonderful as they are, little help goes to something as permanent as providing suitable beds and bedding for their children. Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a group of volunteers dedicated to finding those young children that do not have the luxury of sleeping on a bed or even laying their heads on a pillow. Through the wonderful efforts of volunteers and generous donations, bunk beds are built, assembled and delivered to those children who are otherwise sleeping on couches, blankets or even floors.
