Andrew Kohlmeyer

Andrew Kohlmeyer is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing large manufacturing operations and improving energy efficiency. Currently serving as Sr. Facilities Manager at Sleep Number Corporation since January 2022, Andrew has prior experience as Facilities Engineer at Polaris Industries and as Facilities and Energy Manager at CNH. In previous roles, Andrew managed an 800,000 square foot manufacturing plant, directed a significant HVAC renovation project, and led initiatives that achieved a 5% reduction in resource consumption. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
