Katie MacMillan

Katie Macmillan is currently the Manager of Learning Experience Design at Sleep Number Corporation, with a diverse background in learning and development spanning multiple organizations since 2008. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Allina Health, including Supervisor of Learning Design, where responsibilities included leading content strategy for the Learning Content Management System. Earlier experiences included managing classroom services at Mackin Educational Resources and contributing significantly as a Project Manager in educational product development and client relations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Instructional Design from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
