Silas Wellington is an experienced product leader with a robust background in mobile and digital platforms. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Product Owner for Mobile at Sleep Number Corporation since 2022, Silas leads a dynamic mobile product team and oversees product lifecycle management to align with company goals. Prior to this, Silas was Senior IT Manager and Mobile Lead at SBM Management Services, where an emphasis on Agile methodology and field service management enhanced technician efficiency. As Co-Founder and Head of Product at Upscribbr, Silas launched a successful mobile-first subscription platform that achieved a $5M ARR milestone. Additional experience includes roles at Cargill, where a service platform launch yielded significant operational cost reductions, and Wells Fargo, focusing on digital product growth and stakeholder relationships.
