Michiel Lannoye

Michiel Lannoye is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as COO of SleepCo Group since September 2025, Michiel oversees the integration of five premium European sleep brands while facilitating international growth in the sleep sector. As the owner of Strateqo bvba since September 2007, Michiel leads strategic projects and advisory initiatives for innovation-driven companies. Additionally, as Co-owner and Board member of Umbrosa NV, Michiel has transformed the company into a recognized design brand. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager at Winsol Group, managing operational excellence across multiple factories, and holding various quality and supply chain management positions at Victaulic Europe and Daikin Europe. Michiel's educational background includes degrees in engineering and management from institutions such as Kingston University and Vlerick Business School.
