Harsha Umesh Babu is the Vice President of Hardware Engineering at Sleepiz. Harsha has over eight years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on autonomous driving algorithms and software development processes. Prior to joining Sleepiz, Harsha was an Engineering Team Manager at Aptiv, where they managed a team of 12-15 engineers developing algorithms for the Autonomous Driving L3/L4 stack. Harsha also mentored and coached colleagues to take on the Product Owner role within the AGILE development framework.

Harsha has also worked as a Senior Project Leader at konplan and as a Component Owner for Situation Assessment at Continental. Harsha has a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University in Chennai, India.
