Geoff Barnett has worked in the field of sales and business development for over 15 years. In 2005, they began their career as an Account Executive and Sales Manager at Competitor Group, Inc. During their time there, they grew the departmental sales from $1.2 million to $3.3 million. In 2007, they were promoted to Sales Director, where they were responsible for a 7-figure budget and led a team of direct reports. Geoff also championed the implementation of expo SaaS, leading to an 8.5% revenue growth.

In 2018, Barnett moved to GB Experiential as the Strategic Partnerships, utilizing industry relationships to create a consulting portfolio of events and technology platforms. Geoff also began working at Motiv in the same year as the Sr. Director/Head of Partnership Sales, where they were responsible for the sports and entertainment events across multiple U.S. states and three continents.

In 2020, Barnett joined TOOTRiS as the Director of Corporate Partnerships & Business Development, helping employers provide fully managed Child Care benefits to their workforce. Most recently, they began working at SleepScore Labs in 2022 as the Director of Sales and Business Development. In this role, they lead SleepScore's b2b solutions team and builds comprehensive, personalized Validation Studies for sleep industry partners.

Geoff Barnett attended Francis Parker School from 1993 to 2000. Geoff then attended Gonzaga University from 2000 to 2002, studying Communication and Media Studies. Lastly, they attended San Diego State University from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a BA in Communications - Advertising.
