Kiara Carmon

Kiara Carmon has worked for four different companies. Kiara started their work experience in 2014 at Karl Strauss Brewing Company as an Events Ambassador lasting up to October 2017. Kiara then joined Cohn Restaurant Group as a Lead Bartender in October 2017 and worked until November 2021. From August 2021 to October 2022, Kiara Carmon worked for SleepScore Labs as a Research Coordinator. Kiara then climbed the position ladder and held a Senior Research Coordinator position at SleepScore Labs in April 2023 and is still currently working in this role.

Kiara Carmon earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychological Sciences from California State University San Marcos in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained two Associate of Arts degrees from MiraCosta College, one in Social Sciences and one in Psychology, which they completed between 2015 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have pursued several additional certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid San Diego in 2021 and Principles of Data Literacy Course from Codecademy in 2022. Kiara has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in Communication Foundations, Equity First: The Path to Inclusion and Belonging, Inclusion in a Global Enterprise, Inclusive Leadership, and Women Transforming Tech: Tips for Career Success, which they completed in 2023.
