Bernard Yong

Bernard Yong has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Bernard is currently the Co-Founder of SLEEVE, a position they have held since March 2023. Before that, they founded Cerulean in March 2022. In 2020, Bernard worked as a Director and Board Member at rePLANET. From 2021 to 2021, they served as the Asia Pacific & Japan Strategy at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to that, Bernard held multiple roles at RICS, including Business Strategy Lead, Asia Pacific from 2016 to 2019, and Regulatory Policy & Development, Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2016. Bernard also worked as a UN Urban Legislation & Governance Consultant at UN-Habitat and held a position at the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs - DOALOS in 2014. Earlier in their career, Bernard worked as a Solicitor at Baker McKenzie in 2013.

Bernard Yong's education history includes various degrees and diplomas from different institutions. In 2012, they attended Aarhus University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a focus on International Law. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2013, they studied at The Australian National University, earning a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree (LLB Hons). In 2013, they furthered their legal education at The Australian National University by obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. During the same year, they also pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the same institution. Moving forward to 2020, they attended both INSEAD and The Wharton School to pursue Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees.
