John Alcadinho

John Alcadinho is an experienced retail leader with a robust background in the building materials industry. Currently serving as the Regional General Manager for Slegg Building Materials since September 2015, John oversees operations across all 10 branches within the Vancouver Island Region, focusing on safety, service, and sales excellence. John's prior experience includes a tenure as General Manager at RONA from 2000 to September 2015, where responsibilities ranged from managing store operations and sales performance to staff development and community engagement. John's career began as an Assistant Store Manager at Lumberland and REVY, spanning from May 1984 to January 2000. John holds an education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed between 1984 and 1986.
