Graeme Bell has over 20 years of experience in the beverage industry. Graeme began their career in 1992 as a Technical Manager for Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group, where they provided production and technical support to franchise bottlers. In 1997, they moved to Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Manufacturing Manager, leading an Engineering team of 43 tradesmen and two project Engineers. In 1999, they became a Production Manager at Mondelēz International, and in 2004, they took on the role of Plant Manager at Oakrun Farm Bakery. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Ferrero as a Production Manager and then moved to SC Johnson as a Lean Architect and Production Facilitator. In 2015, they joined Diageo as a Site Operations Manager and Technical Manager, and in 2017, they became the Distillery Manager and Project Manager at Collective Arts. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head Distiller at Sliabh Liag Distillers.
Graeme Bell obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in BSc (Honours) Biochemistry from the University of Dundee, followed by a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Aston University. Graeme is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Distillation from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
