Cara Davies currently serves as the Head of Product at Slice since September 2023, following a tenure as Co-Founder and CEO of Steppen, a top fitness app for Gen Z that was downloaded over 400,000 times and acquired by Alta in October 2023. Previous experience includes an internship with Afterpay's People & Data team and consulting for 180 Degrees Consulting at Monash University. Cara holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Science in Computer Software Engineering from Monash University, where education is ongoing until 2024. Additional early experience includes a role supporting all abilities programs at Maccabi Australia and research assistance under Dr. Megan Spencer-Smith at Monash University.
