Elizabeth McDaid

Elizabeth McDaid has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and sourcing roles. Elizabeth recently joined Slice as a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Trustpilot as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, where they focused on sourcing roles in tech, commercial/sales, marketing, legal, and finance. Elizabeth also worked at Scede as a Senior Principal and Principal, assisting clients in achieving their talent goals. Elizabeth also held roles at Dixa as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, sennder as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Graphcore as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, Public Sector Resourcing as a Lead Sourcing Specialist, Experian as a Lead Sourcing Specialist, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a Lead Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter, and Microsoft as a Lead Sourcing Specialist and Talent Sourcer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sourcing top talent and building strong teams.

Elizabeth McDaid completed their education in a chronological manner. Elizabeth first attended Methodist College Belfast from 2004 to 2011, where they pursued A Levels in Economics, Geography, and Classical Civilisation. Following this, they enrolled at Queen's University Belfast, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from 2011 to 2014. Elizabeth continued their education at Queen's University Belfast and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Society, Space, and Culture from 2014 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Elizabeth McDaid also obtained several certifications. In June 2016, they received the ILM L3 in Leadership and Management from ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management). Elizabeth also obtained the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service - Retail (NI) certification from City & Guilds in April 2016. In October 2013, they completed the Fundamentals of Trading and Investment course offered by Queen's University Belfast. Furthermore, they obtained the CLAiT Level 2 certification in MS Word and Excel from OCR in June 2010.
