Rachael Blears

Rachael Blears has worked in a variety of roles in the software and technology industry since 1998. Rachael began their career as a Software Developer at JD Williams / N Brown Group, where they worked until 2001. During this time, they were promoted to Project Leader and Senior Business Analyst. In 2001, they moved to Swinton Insurance, where they worked as a Senior Manager, Software Delivery, Team Leader, Software Delivery, Senior Business System Analyst, and Business Analyst until 2005. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Technical Manager at Amaze, and from 2017 to present, they have been a Project Manager at Slicedbread.

Rachael Blears obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Science and Sociology from Loughborough University between 1995 and 1998. In 2014, they obtained a ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
