Joe Cashen has extensive work experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Joe is currently serving as the Director of Sales - Steamboat at Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Resort Group LLC, where they were responsible for developing and executing revenue growth initiatives and overseeing sales, marketing, and digital marketing activities. Joe also worked as the Assistant General Manager at Resort Group - Pioneer Ridge and as the Director of Guest Services at Resort Group - Mountain Resorts. Before joining Resort Group, Joe worked as a Real Estate Broker at Ski Town Lifestyle Properties, where they provided sales and marketing services for real estate developments in Steamboat Springs and managed various property management tasks. Joe also served as a Real Estate Broker at Intrawest - Playground Destination Properties Inc. Joe has earlier experience as a Regional Sales Manager at East West Resorts, Sales Manager at Whitewood Ski Tours, and Sales Manager at Steamboat Resort. Joe'scareer started as the Group Sales Operations Manager at Moguls Mountain Travel, where they managed group sales operations and had the opportunity to ski at major mountain resorts in North America. Joe Cashen attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. In 2005, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
