Anja de Bree

Anja de Bree has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anja is currently serving as the CHRO at Sligro Food Group since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Supervisory Board at Flynth adviseurs en accountants starting from January 2022.

From 2019 to 2023, Anja de Bree held multiple positions at FloriWorld, including Chairperson of the Supervisory Board and Chief Executive Officer. Before that, they served as the CHRO at Royal FloraHolland from 2016 to 2023, and also held the position of Board Member of the pension fund at Royal FloraHolland from 2016 to 2019.

Anja de Bree has experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked as the HR Director NL at Tele2 from 2012 to 2016. Anja also held the position of HR Director at Atos Origin from 2007 to 2012.

Prior to their roles in the telecommunication industry, Anja de Bree owned their own company, MHCM, from 2002 to 2007. Anja started their career in 1993 at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies / AT&T, where they worked in human resources until 2002.

Throughout their career, Anja de Bree has also been involved in various advisory and board positions, including roles as a Member of the Supervisory Board at MoleMann Mental Health and Chairperson of the Board at FloriWorld.

Anja de Bree attended the University of Twente from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a degree in Technical Business Management. Anja later pursued further education at Nyenrode Business University from 2017 to 2018, completing the New Board Program in Business Administration and Management, General. Recently, in 2022-2023, they participated in the Executive Pension program at Nyenrode Business University.
