Tomás Stagnaro has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Tomás started their career at Deloitte in 2003, where they held roles as an Audit Trainee, HR Trainee, Development & Compensation Analyst, and Development & Compensation Senior. Tomás then moved up to become an HR Leader, Development & Compensation Manager, Talent Manager, and Talent Senior Manager in the LATCO Region. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Talent Director for the LATCO Region.
In 2015, Tomás joined Anima Bendita S.A. as a Director. Tomás then worked as a Freelance HR Consultant in 2016 before co-founding Slik in 2017. At Slik, they initially served as the CEO and CoFounder from 2017 to 2019 and later transitioned to the role of COO and CoFounder.
Tomás also participated in two entrepreneurship programs. In 2018, they were part of the Entrepreneur Batch 1 at Imagine Lab Argentina, supported by Microsoft. In 2019, they joined the Entrepreneur Batch 10 at 500 Startups Latin America, a venture capital firm.
Throughout their career, Tomás has gained experience in HR management, talent development, compensation, and entrepreneurship.
Tomás Stagnaro has a diverse education history. Tomás began their education in 1998 at the Escuela Superior de Hotelería, where they obtained a Technician in Gastronomy degree in 2000. Tomás then pursued further education at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales from 2002 to 2007, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
