James Hutchinson

James Hutchinson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. James started their career as a Technical Salesperson at Officeworks in 2007. In 2008, they moved to IDG Communications, where they held roles as a Technical Journalist and later as a News Editor until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, James worked as a Journalist at iTnews for Haymarket Media. James then joined Fairfax Media as a Journalist at The Australian Financial Review from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Sling & Stone as an Account Director and later became the Head of Business. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Business at Sling & Stone since January 2019. In 2022, they worked as a Mentor for the Media Fellowship program at Startmate from April to July.
