Ron Dadino

Vice President, CMC and Manufacturing at Sling Therapeutics

Ron Dadino has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on pharmaceutical product development and supply chain.

Ron most recently served as the Vice President of CMC and Manufacturing at Sling Therapeutics, where they were responsible for all aspects of product development and supply chain management.

Prior to that, they held similar roles at Palladio Biosciences, Inc., a Centessa company, FORESEE PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., Orchestra BioMed, and Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc. In these positions, they oversaw the analytical, formulation, process, package, and engineering aspects of product development, as well as all supply chain activities.

Before transitioning to these leadership roles, Ron worked at Johnson and Johnson as the Vice President of Development and Technical Operations. Here, they provided development services across different sectors and played a vital role in identifying and rectifying issues with a transdermal product, resulting in a significant sales increase.

Ron also worked at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Director of Technical Operations, where they led the development, scale-up, transfer, and commercialization of various product dosage forms.

Additionally, Ron held positions at Liposome and Merck, where they gained experience in process development, sterile dosage form development, and lyophilization.

Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated expertise in regulatory filing, combination products, troubleshooting support, and manufacturing optimization.

Ron Dadino has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Ron also holds a Master's degree (MS) in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University.
