Emma Rader

Emma Rader is a skilled retail management professional with extensive experience in training and operations. Currently serving as the Retail Training Manager at Slingshot since February 2021, Emma oversees the development of training programs for store managers. Prior to this role, Emma was the Campus Store Manager at Indiana Wesleyan University and held various positions at Kohl's, including Assistant Store Manager in both merchandising and operations. Emma's management expertise is further supported by previous roles in training and customer experience coordination across several retail organizations. Emma earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Taylor University in 2019.
