Jeremy Hunter

Jeremy Hunter has over 18 years of experience in the contact center industry. Jeremy began their career in 2001 as a Site Director at Sento. In 2007, they joined EDS as a Call Center Director and then moved to Convergys in 2008, where they held the positions of Sr. Manager, Program Delivery and Sr. Manager, Client Services. In 2015, they joined Bellsystem24, Inc. as Director of Operations - MNC Division and Performance Operations Manager. In 2017, they moved to Conduent as Director of Site Operations and then to MetaSource in 2018 as Director, Contact Center Operations. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Slingshot, Inc. as VP of Contact Center.

Jeremy Hunter attended Utah Valley University from 1991 to 1992, where they earned an Associates degree in HVAC.
