Andrew Katzenberger is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Systems Administrator at Slipstream since May 2009, Andrew has managed significant projects including Exchange migrations, Veeam replication setup for disaster recovery, and the implementation of SCCM for enterprise-wide asset management. Concurrently, Andrew also holds the position of Helpdesk Support II at the Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation, where responsibilities include overseeing a substantial IT infrastructure overhaul and providing technical support for over 100 users. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Operations and Infrastructure Analyst at BouMatic, delivering technical support and managing telecommunications systems. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Technology Infrastructure from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
