Lauren Tinker

Lauren Tinker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lauren began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Arizona Recycling Corporation from July 2010 to October 2014. Following that, they worked at UPS as a Human Resources Senior Administrative Assistant/Recruiter from September 2014 to March 2019. During their time at UPS, they gained experience in recruitment and HR administration. In May 2019, they joined IT Avalon as a Technical Recruiter, where they owned the full-cycle recruiting process and developed a strong understanding of the industry. Lauren was promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter in July 2022 and achieved exceptional results, exceeding monthly goals and objectives by 140%. During this time, they also mentored and coached junior recruiters and account executives. Finally, in December 2022, Lauren joined Slipstream IT as a Corporate Information Technology Recruiter, where they are responsible for streamlining IT outsourcing and managed solutions and advancing the critical missions of emerging pharma and biotech companies.

Lauren Tinker attended Scottsdale Community College from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
