Luis Antunes has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Luis started their career in 2004 as a Technician and Installer at M-Tech, where they were responsible for installing LAN cables and configuring servers for small offices. In 2005, they joined Bristol-Myers Squibb for EDS as a Helpdesk Analyst, providing support to clients over the telephone and managing service call tickets. Luis also worked as a Server Pre Build, ensuring the installation and troubleshooting of applications on newly installed servers.

In 2008, Luis joined Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Software Solutions professional and stayed with the company until 2021. During this time, they handled various responsibilities related to software solutions.

In 2021, Luis worked for Robert Half for SlipStream IT as an Information Technology Help Desk professional, providing assistance to users with PC and application issues. Luis then transitioned to Slipstream IT in 2022, where they are currently working as a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Analyst.

Luis Antunes began their education at Elizabeth High School from 1988 to 1992. Luis then attended The Cittone Institute from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a Certificate in Electronic and Computer Repair. In 2004, Luis attended The Chubb Institute, where they obtained a Diploma in Network Security in 2005.
