Rob Quinn has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rob started their career in 1995 as a Senior Instructor for Unigraphics CAD systems at New Dimension Engineering & Design Services, where they also documented test cases and process requirements for testing and training. Rob then moved on to various roles at General Motors, including Systems Engineer, DBA, and Test Manager, where they coordinated design applications and provided training on Unigraphics. After that, they worked at Magna Electronics as an Engineer and Teamcenter DBA. Rob also served as a SharePoint Administrator at VisionIT and a System Support Engineer at Regional Health and Sprint. Prior to their retirement in 2020, they worked as an L3 System Engineer at Scantron and an L3 IT Support Engineer at SOLOMON CONSULTING PARTNERS LTD. Currently, they are employed as an IT Support Specialist at Slipstream IT. Rob Quinn's experience includes proficiency in various Microsoft technologies, ITIL, ServiceNow, SalesForce, and other proprietary applications.
Rob Quinn attended the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2005, where they studied Information Technology. In 2015, they enrolled in Coursera and completed the Google IT Support Professional program. Before that, from 1981 to 1983, they attended Hudson Valley Community College, majoring in Civil Technology. Additionally, from 1982 to 1989, Rob Quinn received training at REMO Academy in Albany, NY, earning a Paramedic, EMT L4 degree.
