Erica Bartsch

Erica Bartsch has a strong background in investor relations and financial corporate communications. Erica currently holds the position of Senior Managing Director at Sloane & Company, where they are responsible for leading various engagements related to investor relations, financial communications, and advising clients on sustainability and ESG strategies. Prior to this role, Erica served as a Managing Director at Sloane & Company. Before joining Sloane & Company, Erica worked at Rochdale Securities as a Financial Analyst, where they analyzed financial data, created abstracts and charts for investment strategies, and implemented a new report generation system. Erica also gained experience in sales operations at AstraZeneca.

Erica Bartsch has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Lafayette College. Erica also holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations with a focus on Emerging Markets from Boston University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG Online from Berkeley Law Executive Education in June 2021.
