Jennie Strobel

Jennie Strobel has extensive experience in landscape design and management, having served as Design Department Manager and Landscape Designer/Event Coordinator at Sloat Garden Center since August 2008. Jennie's responsibilities include preparing site plans and cost estimates, inspecting landscape work for compliance, and advising clients. Prior to this role, Jennie worked as Assistant Manager of Landscape Maintenance at Mill Valley Garden Design Inc from December 2006 to July 2008, where activities included directing landscaping workers and maintaining vegetation. Jennie's career at Sloat Garden Center began in June 2000 as Retail Manager and Nursery Buyer, focusing on plant identification and staff supervision. Jennie holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University, attended Wittenberg University, and has developed a robust skill set in horticulture and landscape management over the years.
