Manuel Torres

Manuel Torres is a Digital Marketing Analyst at Western Health Advantage since December 2018. Prior to that, Manuel served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as Chief Cryptologic Technician (Interpretive) and as a Language Analyst in the US Navy from August 2010 to August 2016. Manuel holds a Master of Arts in Web Design and New Media from the Academy of Art University, a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and an Associate of Arts in Chinese from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
