Milan Rataj

Milan Rataj has a diverse work experience starting in 2005. Milan began their career as the Client Service Director at Kristián, a communications agency. In 2008, they became the Vice-President of the Academic Club, Czech Andragogy Society, and a lecturer. From 2011 to 2018, they held the role of Marketing Director CZ/SR at České Energetické Centrum a.s. on an interim basis. In 2014, they took on the role of Business Development Director at Q Lighting on an interim basis. In 2016, they co-founded AgentBalance and in 2017, they co-founded Sloneek® where they also served as Customer Happiness Lead and Competency modeling consultant. In 2018, they were an HR Business Partner at the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic and in 2020, they joined the Advisory Board of GeneSpector. Additionally, they have been a Professor and Associated Professor at LIGS University since 2012.

Milan Rataj has a comprehensive educational background. Milan obtained a DIS in Journalism from Vyšší odborná škola publicistiky from 1997 to 2000. Milan then went on to receive a Master (summa cum laude) in Andragogy from Jan Amos Komensky University, Prague from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they received an MBA in Personal Management from LIGS University from 2009 to 2011. Milan then went on to receive a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management from LIGS University from 2014 to 2016. Most recently, they obtained a PhDr. in Andragogy and Education Management from Charles University from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications from IBM as an Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator and Practitioner, both obtained in April 2020.
