Marcia Barahona

Marcia Barahona, MBA, is an accomplished executive and educator with extensive experience in leadership development, marketing, and customer success. As the Founder of ExecBloom, Marcia leads initiatives in executive coaching and team leadership development to enhance organizational success. Marcia also serves as a Lecturer at Dominican University of California, where contributions include developing presentations on various business topics. In addition to roles at Slooce Technology as Director of Marketing & Customer Success and OrangeRio Marketing as Founder and CMO, Marcia has held marketing management positions at FrontRow and Core Brands, overseeing significant trade show budgets and marketing strategies. Educational achievements include an MBA in Global Management from the Barowsky School of Business and additional certifications in customer experience design and social media.
