Lauren Slinskey has a diverse work experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry. In 2016, they started as an Entertainment Staff Intern at Carnival Cruise Line, where they gained skills in public speaking, marketing, and teamwork. Lauren later joined Choice Hotels International as a Student Leader, assisting in executing educational programs for attendees at their annual convention.

Moving on, Lauren became a Bingo Entertainment Host at Carnival Cruise Line in 2017, where they excelled in producing and hosting entertainment activities and implementing effective marketing strategies. Lauren then worked as a Senior Entertainment Host, responsible for creating and executing entertainment standard operating procedures across the fleet.

Lauren's experience continued with a role as an Assistant General Manager at Grinch's Grotto in 2020, where they oversaw daily operations and led a team to create a joyful experience for families during the holiday season. Lauren also worked as a Taproom Server at More Brewing Co. in 2021.

In the same year, Lauren became an Independent Travel Agent at InteleTravel.com, providing destination management sales and coordinating vacation packages for clients. Lauren also took on roles at The Dr. Seuss Experience, starting as an Assistant Production Manager and later as an Operations Manager. In these positions, they achieved significant retail revenue and led a team of over 100 employees.

Lauren's most recent work includes being an Independent Contractor, where they served as an Assistant Project Manager for the installation of interactive experiences. Lauren ensured effective communication between all stakeholders, met deadlines, and stayed within budget. Currently, Lauren is an Experience Manager at Sloomoo Institute.

Lauren Slinskey completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in General Management from Grand Valley State University. Lauren attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
