Mads Skytte Jørgensen currently serves as a Product Manager for Digital Collections at Slots- og Kulturstyrelsen, managing the collection management and access service that supports approximately 150 museums and cultural institutions across Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. Previous experience includes roles as a Business Architect and IT Project Manager at the same agency, where Mads led significant business architecture redesigns and IT projects like the national Grant Portal. Prior to this position, Mads worked at The British Museum as a Lead Business Analyst, enhancing the maturity of the business analysis function and contributing to IT change across multiple departments. Additional experience includes various positions at the London Borough of Camden, focusing on geospatial data management and operational efficiency improvements. Mads holds a Master of Science in GIS and Spatial Analysis in Archaeology from UCL and two degrees in Native American Languages and Cultures from the University of Copenhagen.

Slots- og Kulturstyrelsen driver og udvikler desuden statens slotte, haver og kulturejendomme, og gennem faglighed og innovation skaber vi en bedre udnyttelse af ressourcerne således, at der bliver mere kultur for pengene. Styrelsen har omkring 500 medarbejdere på forskellige lokationer i hele landet.
