Pat Hayes

Pat Hayes is an experienced executive in regeneration, housing, and community development, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at FuturePlaces and Executive Director of Regeneration, Housing and Environment at Slough Borough Council. With a career spanning over two decades, Hayes has held key leadership positions including Managing Director at Be First Regeneration Limited and Executive Director of Regeneration and Housing at the London Borough of Ealing. Additional roles include Director of Borough Partnerships at Transport for London and Executive Director for Regeneration, Environment & Housing at the London Borough of Lewisham.
