Jana Sekerova

Jana Sekerova is a seasoned HR and finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Director at Slovenská sporiteľňa since August 2025, Jana previously held the position of Chief People Officer at O2 Slovakia, where significant achievements include leading transformations towards an agile organization and implementing performance management systems. Prior to O2, Jana contributed to Telefonica Slovakia as CFO for TESCO Mobile and Financial Planning and Reporting Manager, where notable responsibilities included strategic decision-making and financial oversight. Jana began a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovakia as an Assistant Manager, focusing on statutory audits. Education includes a Master’s degree in International Trade from the University of Economics, Bratislava, and CIPD and ACCA qualifications.
