The Human Resources Team at SPP is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development. They ensure compliance with labor laws, support workforce planning, and contribute to the company’s strategic goals by fostering a positive and productive work environment. The team also handles performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives to support SPP's mission as Slovakia's largest energy supplier.
