Miika Eerola

Miika Eerola graduated at the Pori Institute of Technology and received an Executive MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics. He started his career as an Operating Engineer in Porvoo Refinery, Neste Oil and then worked as a Plant Engineer for the Borealis Polymers Oy steam cracker in Porvoo later becoming Plant & Technical Manager in industrial gas company Messer in Finland. Between 2000-2003, he worked as a Plant manager at Tampere paper chemical plant for the Hercules company and then he returned to the oil industry, firstly to Neste Oil as Production Manager at the Porvoo Refinery, then as Vice President – Refining at the Naantali Refinery. Between 2009 and 2011, he was Vice President - Refining at the Porvoo refinery. He joined Česká rafinérská in 2011, firstly as Executive Director - Technology & Investment and Member of the BoD and then became Executive Director - Production & Maintenance. He entered MOL Group in the position of Senior Vice President - MOL Group Refining, in February, 2013
