Layana Franco is currently a Product Support Specialist at Zitcha, where Layana optimizes the intersection of product, sales, customer success, marketing, and data to ensure consistent growth and scalability with low friction. Layana is also the Founder of Swap-a-Porter, an Ambassador for Slow Fashion Movement, a Content Creator on YouTube, and a Sales Attendant at Montique Clothing. With previous experience as a Data Analyst at Zitcha and a Shop Manager at Gare by Lima Franco, Layana holds a Master's degree in Business Information Systems from Torrens University Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Federal University of Ceara. Layana also has a Diploma in Business from Insight Academy.
