The Compliance and Regulatory Team at SLP Operations ensures that all Skilled Nursing Facilities adhere to federal and state laws, as well as industry regulations, specific to Texas and Oklahoma. This team, which includes the Chief Legal Officer, Director of Regulatory Compliance, and Contract Manager, works diligently to audit operational practices, manage legal and contractual matters, and provide training and guidance to ensure all staff members are compliant with applicable regulations and standards.
