Shannon Weston

Shannon Weston currently serves as the US Regional People & Culture Director at SLR Consulting, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Shannon was a Manager in Corporate Transformation Services at Alvarez & Marsal from April 2019 to November 2020. Extensive experience includes serving as the Regional HR Director for the Middle East and HR Director for Rig Systems & Aftermarket at National Oilwell Varco between July 2008 and January 2019, as well as HR Director at Helping Hand Home for Children in 2007-2008. Earlier career roles include HR Program Administrator at Guilford County Schools from 2003 to 2006 and Staffing Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from 1997 to 2001. Shannon holds a BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida.
