Len Potter

Len Potter has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Len began their career as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in 1988. Len later became a Founder/Partner/Managing Director at Capstone Partners in 1996, and then a Partner/Managing Director at Alpine Consolidated in 1998. From 2002 to 2009, they served as the Managing Director & Co-Head - Private Equity at Soros Fund Management. Len then worked as a Director at Hilton Worldwide from 2007 to 2013. In 2009, they became a Director at SLR Investment Corp. and in 2011, they also became a Director at SuRo Capital Corp. In the same year, they joined Wildcat Capital Management as the President and Chief Investment Officer. Len serves as the Chairman Of The Board at Hilton Grand Vacations starting from 2017. In 2018, they became an Executive Committee Member / Partner at Seattle Kraken.

Len Potter attended Brandeis University from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Fordham University School of Law from 1983 to 1986 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree.
