Katherine Pirie

Katherine Pirie, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Global Project Manager for People Analytics & US Compensation at SLR Consulting, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Katherine held various roles at National Oilwell Varco (NOV) from May 2007 to June 2022, including OD Manager for Global Projects & Talent Analytics and Manager of Organizational Development. In these roles, Katherine implemented executive leadership OD strategies and utilized workforce analytics to enhance employee experiences. Katherine has extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and HR initiatives, supporting large-scale employee development programs in a division of over 15,000 employees. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Post Graduate Program in Data Science & Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin.
