Shannon Weston, SHRM-SCP has over two decades of diverse HR experience. Shannon held senior roles at companies like SLR Consulting, Alvarez & Marsal, National Oilwell Varco, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Their expertise includes leading HR teams, managing corporate performance improvement, and directing HR programs.

Shannon Weston, SHRM-SCP, holds a BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida. In addition, they obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2011. Shannon also holds a Prosci Certification from Prosci.
