The foundation of the curriculum is educating the whole child. Teachers tailor the curriculum to meet each child’s individual needs. SLS strives to instill intellectual curiosity and creative thinking. Children leave SLS with a solid foundation for a successful next step. SLS has a wonderful, creative group of tenured teachers with over 200 years of collective experience. The teachers are inspired by best practices and leading pedagogy in early childhood education. They are dedicated, committed, and teach with intention and purpose. Our vibrant, centrally located building provides a beautiful urban campus to call home. SLS is noted for its welcoming environment, lovely roof garden and play area, and cozy classrooms that have become a treasured place for play and exploration.
