Sean Orfila

Sean Orfila is an experienced Senior Shopify Developer currently working at The Maze Group since June 2023. As the Founder of Grizzly & Poppy LLC since January 2020, Sean has developed modern online shopping experiences utilizing Shopify liquid and JavaScript. Prior to this, Sean served as a Senior UI Developer at The Stable, part of Accenture Song, from April 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included launching and maintaining high-traffic Shopify merchants. Additional roles include Shopify Developer and Frontend Web Developer positions at Alchemy + Aim and ShopPad, respectively, where custom themes and UI prototypes were created. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer role at Ambry Genetics and web development at HEILBrice and Young Company. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media & Print Journalism from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts from Goldenwest College.
