Holger Dettki serves as the Deputy Director for the Swedish Biodiversity Data Infrastructure (SBDI) and holds the position of Associate Professor at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), where involvement spans various roles, including Coordinator of the Umeå Center for Wireless Remote Animal Monitoring (UC-WRAM) and Managing Director of Swedish LifeWatch (SLW).
