The following year, Huxley took on a Teaching Assistant role at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. From 2007 to 2011, Huxley served in the United States Air Force as an Air Battle Manager and later as a Resource Advisor - Cost Center Manager. During this time, Huxley demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills. In 2011, Huxley joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant, where they developed geospatial and social network analysis applications. Huxley then worked at Compass Quality Insight Inc. as a Software Engineer, specializing in improving software quality assurance. In 2013, Huxley became a Senior Software Engineer at AppMesh Inc. and gained experience as a full-stack mobile developer. In 2016, Huxley pursued entrepreneurial endeavors and founded Kitefaster, a company that developed the #1 White Noise app for sleep. Simultaneously, Huxley became the CEO of Kitemetrics, a company that provided Apple Search Ads attribution and analytics. Huxley's expertise in mobile app development continued when they joined Slumber Group in 2019 as the CTO, responsible for developing top mobile apps and podcasts to improve sleep quality. In the same year, Huxley also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Financial Markets and Institutions from Boston University.
