Tara Mall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager - People and Culture at Wholsum Foods since November 2020. In this role, Tara leads a team of six, focusing on talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and change management, which has significantly enhanced employee satisfaction and retention.
