Thomas Conneely has over three decades of experience in the finance and operations sectors. Starting their career at Ally Capital Corporation as a Vice President from 1989 to 1994, they went on to hold positions at GE Capital - Computer Corporation as an Administrator, and later at Lighthouse Capital Partners from 1995 to 2012, where they were the first employee and oversaw all operational activities. Conneely served as Vice President at Silver Lake from 2012 to 2024 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Operations & CCO at SLW. They earned a degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara between 1982 and 1986.
