Annie Hoffa

Annie Hoffa, CPLTA, has extensive experience in lease administration and property management, currently serving as a Sr. Lease Records Analyst at SM Energy Company since November 2017. Prior roles include Associate Landman at MD America Energy, LLC from July 2014 to November 2017, and Corporate Real Estate- Lease Administration at NCH Corporation, where responsibilities included managing corporate real estate projects and interpreting leases for a global portfolio. Additionally, Annie held the position of Property Portfolio Manager at Gassen Companies, Inc., overseeing 12 communities and facilitating conflict resolution among stakeholders, and served as Sales & Property Manager for Real Coastal Investments, significantly enhancing sales within a startup business.
