Simon & McPhilimey Group Holding is en route to becoming one of the most valuable lifestyle consultancies in the world.

In tandem with Asia’s rapid growth, SM Group Holding was founded as a means of consolidating the subsidiaries which had previously been operating independently. SM Group Holding provides a framework for streamlining these businesses and increasing efficiency.

SM Group Holding has been shaping lifestyles in Asia long before the company's inception in 2008. We develop value-added, master-planned lifestyles that meet the full spectrum of customer's needs. A pioneer of innovative lifestyle concepts, SM Group Holding is a prime consultancy for luxury property, career development, project management in various industries, as well as travel & leisure. To cope with the world’s growing social responsibility, we additionally operate a non-profit charity – the SM Foundation.

In line with its corporate strategy, SM Group Holding is adopting a new course of growth through a two-pronged strategy of geographical expansion and business segmentation. With 4 active companies in 4 different business segments, SM Group Holding has a collective presence in 4 markets spanning South Asia, East Asia, South-East Asia and Europe. The company has established operations in India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Our team of highly experienced consultants and affiliates consists of Business Analysts, Jurists, Psychologists, IT Specialists, Certified International Project Managers (CIPM™) and Certified International Property Experts (CIPE), providing a complete, bespoke service designed to serve the specific needs of our customers.
